how much is a stator going to cost me then James

hi, can someone measure there flywheel puller for me because the guy at trialsbits is going to get me one if he knows the size? James

has anyone got a puller i could borrow ?? pretty please

where should i start first i can pretty much garantee the carb is clean and fine as i rebulit the whole back end what shold i check now ?? wiring ? then what? James

wouldnt the flywheel key also stop it running properly at teh bottom end tho? because it runs fine until about half throttle. James

it runs fine up to about a third of the throttle and thn at high revs like misses and doesnt rev cleanly James

if its still like it after ive clean the carb again etc etc ill have to pull the flywheel does anyone know the standard carb settings for an 02 rev3 so i can check all that. would anyone be kind enough to lend me a puller to see if the key has sheared James

its bloddy annoying hopely will solve it. it really annoys you and make u wanna sell the bike

but why is it throwing flames out the exhaust on the odd occasion at high revs

local dealer is sammy miller and hes a tight *** so he wont stock 1 i will give the carb a clean i have tried a differnt plug and the carb was cleaned before i took it out(this is the first time i took it out) i have only had the bike for about 5 weeks. but i will double check by giving the carb another clean James

yes marky it makes the tank have a dull look like old plastics do but then all you need is some polish and its shinny again. it worked a treat on my ty250 pinky its the stuff thats in a small tub and its like paste dont be affraid to use alot of it on the sponge James

Help my beta is not runnig right Its not crisp at the top end and splutters and on the odd occasion spits a flame out the exhaust. any idea on whats wrong? James

i used astonish oven and cooker ware cleaner got it back to pure white and then some polish to put the shine back on to it James

the lever on the master cylinder i didnt touch till after i had bled it James

im not sure but i had to push very hard and the nipple was quite far open. Its an ajp 4 pot caliper James

big syringe but had to push very hard to make the fluid move. yes i did use the bungee trick i think it mad a samll differance but not vast amounts. James

what sort of solder ??? and what do i need ??? i though it meant solder asin the stuff you do electric with??? never done this before so all help needed Many thanks James

so far so good seems to stop the bike moving James

any tips on cable making? ive just got a universal throttle cable kit off trialsbits.co.uk to make a throttle cable to suit my dt50mx so i can put a bigger carb on it and get rid of the auto lube. Many Thanks James
