yes the leavers are Amal was going to buy new ones but can't seem to buy them iv'e looked all over. can still get the silver ones but not the black not Amal can get cheap copy's.

all all black renthel bars came today. front brake and clutch leavers painted.

nice 1 trialsrfun iv'e sent the brake plates off to be re sleeved not a bad price. i will look into getting the hubs relined but there ok for now. cheers bondy i will post photos off before and after iv'e had the brake plates done.

there is a place that relines the hubs with out taking the hub out but not sure who does it.

the rear has very good chrome with only a small bit missing. the front i think as been done.

hello all anybody had problems with the rear brake plate cam being loose the hole as worn over time so the cam Arm wobblie iv'e heard you can have them sleeved out to stop this but is there any other tricks you guys use? cheers bondy.

the real reason i wanted to fit 1 is iv'e never set the points or timing on a bultaco. altho i think would have no trouble doing it with abit off help. seeing as the timing and points are set up really good at the moment i will for now leave them.

i have a new electric ignition but my 199B as a motorplate ignition. however i do have a spare femsa flywheel so question is will it fit? i was told off some 1 that it will fit.

try soaking them in some penetration fluid for about a week. then with a drift drive them out. if that don;t work try the heat. iv'e never had any seized on me but iv'e read about them being seized. or if you have a press you could press them out.

iv'e always used 11T/39T for the 199A and 198A and my 199B i think it's what most use. you probably can use a bigger sprockets but am not sure what size they would be.

cheers john nice getting those boxes not good for the wallet tho. i sprayed the club foot today so 1 less job to do. i would off liked moden foot pegs on witch i have with hangers. but i don't want to strip the bike may be next time. and trying to find some 1 that can weld the hangers on the corrct way the last ones i had done was welded on the wrong way round on the spare 198A frame. i have cut the sides and top off the old Air box to get the mounting holes correct and for the side panels.

update on the 199b new rims on the way to the wheel builders mean time club foot as been cleaned and resprayed. fork seviced and awaiting oil. clutch cover sprayed and new alloy ajuster cap and new R/H gear leaver not sure yet on with side to go for i have both sides gear leavers and brake pedels. new Air box to be mounted. hears some photos cheers bondy.

hi hoodie i was just showing you to compare. johnmartin no am not teasing hoodie the engines need rebuilding i have a 198A frame and Swing Arm with new bushes in. am not sure what to do yet i do have the forks yokes and what looks like a new 158-159 Air box still in the box i was going to do the 198A like a 198 or 199 has i have both 198A and 199A engines would be nice to put the 199A engine in the frame. but am busy finishing my 199B hat the moment

199b top coat and rear shocks striped and cleaned and damper body painted with new blue inmotion fixing kit very smart indeed.

that 's the fun bit.

to mike on the single ignition wire buy some wire sleeve. or run it throw some 5mm tube push the tube throw the rubber on the case and smear some silicon round the tube.

oh yes iv'e just noticed the bottom rails well spotted

wheels have been sent off to be rebuilt new IRC tyres to be put on. a box off goodies came this moring from inmotion cheers for fast delivery. the falcon shocks seem to be good so iv'e strip them and will paint the body black clean and put back together. lower fork legs are finished in blue ready to be put together with new persang springs. new brake shoes and new Air box sprockets and chain. lutch case also been repainted with alloy clutch ajust cap and filler. club foot to be washed out with petrol and put back. down pipe looks like it's been repack at some point. also new slide needel and clip and needel jet. for bing carb. i have new mikuni also will see witch is better. will upload photos when shes finshed cheers bondy.

progress whent down the local paint shop witch just round the corner and he mixed me some white in a rattle can. so will try it tomorrow i did primer it today hear.

looks like a 199A frame but can't really tell if the S/Arm is round are box? if round its off a 199 if box it's off a 198B 199B like mine hear.
