  1. Aye good to see you lot aswell fella.

Thanks for the offer of the bike hire, does it come with free Wulf-Sport branded clothing hire too? haha

That's the problem mate, there's no female in my house (cat apart) that's why i'm so skint, everything paid for by this fool here!

There will be another bike, i never sold my bike rack, helmet, boots, gloves etc ;-)

Ant's bought a new road bike too, pics of it on the same site as the trials pics, right beast!

  2. I was at a section with a decent sized waterfall on, lots of people were making it up ok, jarvis' sherco didn't seem to get the revs up properly and he came back down it again backwards for a 5, was mentioned by a few people that it sounded a bit dodgy.

  3. novice trials are usually very easy. sometimes they're straight with no turns at all, I wouldn't expect any obstacles to be honest, if there are any it may be a small rock etc but nothing to worry about mate, and we've all had to start somewhere so there will be plenty of advice on hand!

  4. Amazing!!

Loved it, met a few people off here too, was nice to put faces to names hehe

If you're thinking about going but umming and arring, just do it! i'm going for the full week next year.

    Highlight for me:

    Lagnaha!

    Andy

  5. That was a great bit of sound proofing!

High point of the Saturday night had to be when I went out to check the petrol in the generators and there was a bloke I didn't know stood there.

    Me: "What you doing?"

    Bloke: "I'm having a pee"

Me: "You do realise you're peeing on our generators, don't you?"

    Bloke: "Oops"

    :rotfl:

    That was me Andy

It was cloaked in wood, how was i to know, hehe :banana2:

  6. I also see he has his name on the tank, so he knows its his??? :banana2:

You'd be surprised, they all look the same, loads of back up bikes all leant against trees next to each other, all looking similar.

I've even seen people ride sections on other people's bikes at local trials I've been to, funny as!

  7. Ok then I have booked my wheels in for anodized gasgas yellow rims and powdercoated black hubs with anodized black sprocket! I have just sent an email asking if its possible to have the rims powdercoated as I think this will give a deeper and nicer yellow to them! Although now I am thinking that having the yellow rims on a yellow bike will be too much yellow? <_< Am I just being paranoid because its quite abit of money and if looks shocking its gonna cost a load to remove?

Andy_290 Was this gasgas you saw a yellow one? Did it not have too much yellow?

Please help me on this and just give your opinions!

    Cheers,

    Sean

The one I saw was an 07 in standard red and black with the yellow wheels, looked great

  8. I ride a Beta because it just works for me as a mediocre clubman-level rider. But it's hands-down the easiest bike to work on I've ever owned (including road and enduro bikes) and in every side-by-side comparison test I've ever seen, the Rev3 comes out on top.

Suppose it depends what level of work you're doing on the bike, I had a Rev-3 for a while and found it a hell of a lot easier to work on the Sherco when I got that, couple of screws and the tank and mudguard are totally out of the way.

  9. Hi andy, you giving up, or are you getting a new bike??

    Steve :)

Temporary lay off due to my 1st house bleeding me dry Steve :)

    In the words of Arnie......

    "I'LL BE BACK"
