standard 240 airbox is fine unless your thinking of fitting a reed valve motor then you need a larger volume airbox

help needed fitted new clutch plates in my 240 fibre and steels and new clutch springs but the clutch doesnt seem to engage properly if i rev the bike it engages any ideas fellas ????

anybody know if 301 chrome stantions and all the internal gubbins will fit into 240 bottom legs ???
