Nah, I think he was on the Jetsons not the Flintstones. That's pretty funny though, I have never liked the way my NZI helmet looks on me but I love the fit and light weight. I think I look like Jim Carrey when he was riding that mini bike in the movie "Dumb and Dumber".

Sorry mate, I have no other knowledge about the seat, I found it when searching e-bay for trials bits, but had logged onto USA site by mistake. I can sadly admit that I use a bag of straw [from pet shop] and some bungy straps & tank tape as a seat when I convert the trials bike to teach my kids how to ride a motorbike. its not pretty, but it worked! I guess that you will get laughed at with a straw seat, but as the only trials bike at the enduro they may laugh anyway. send a picture of the finished item, I may copy it as my kids are embarassed by the straw. Ha! too funny. You Brits

I was thinking about the possibility of practicing at night this winter. I have never used the stock headlight on my GG TXT280 but I have heard that they are not all that effective. Does anybody have any recommendations for helmet lights/bike lights etc?

Nah, my friends bike is a Raga 300 piece of crap!

I was checking out my friends 04 Gas Gas 300 Pro last weekend. His suspension seemed much more plush compared to my 01 TXT 280. He checked out my bike and thought that it was too stiff. I have owned the bike for almost 2 years. It had very low hours on it when I bought it. I have never changed any of the settings on the rear shock. I tried to see if I could find an adjuster nut for the spring pre-load but could not see it (note: I looked very quickly and have not had a chance to really check it out.) I would think that this shock would have spring preload adjustments as well as compression/rebound damping adjustments? I replaced the fork seals back in January and I am using 7wt fork oil. I weight 165-170lbs. Does anybody have any experience on how to setup the suspension on a 2001 TXT 280? Is the suspension on a 2001 TXT 280 generally less adjustable or stiffer than on a PRO? Thanks

What do you guys use to clean your helmet? I sweat alot and my helmet is an NZI, does not have a removeable liner. I need your suggestions before my riding buddies start calling me STINKY.

About a 2 inch long 0.5 inch wide piece along the edge of my front fender chipped off. I ordered another fender but in the meantime was wondering if anyone has had any luck repairing broken GG plastic.
