  2. hello i have a jotagas 2013 model. Does anybody know if you can change the material of the exhaust (inner component, silencer)? I want to try, but I am afraid that the exhaust must be cut in two pieces to do a proper job. I would be grateful for any information. thanks

  5. hello we try with my friend Panos to have a video with this 2 techniques . I think the main deferens is 1 at db the moto hit on object like a hammer and the rider bend his knee with the forks(compress) 2 at jz the moto hit straight and the rider is going "in" the moto immediately after the first wheely . any opinions will help us..... thanks

  7. hello I need your experiance about the different part number and the solutions (if you have something) The part number for Marzzochi is BT20000153011 and the diameter of the seal is skf 40x52 25x9,8. It is different of the older models. I can not find this here in Greece.....is this so special ?

  13. After many years without a race championship here in Greece we try to do a new start for this spectacular sport . The trial is not popular here even though we have millions of place for this, anyway we will try to make it known and I am sure they will love it. So ''hello" to this start !
  14. hi! I have the 2010 model and it was without stand so I order all the kit of the new style (aluminum) side stand of 2013 and it was ok and more nice.....
  15. i put the 2 plates and now it is working 100% !! Yes Dan maybe you right about the oils because here in Greece it is not easy to find oil 100% for trial (i didn't find at all) . Thank you Dan and off course all the members of trialcentral.!!
  16. for sure some things are all the time in front your eyes but you can not see them...... in my case I didn't see that the first and the last fiber disk is DIFERENT with DIFERENT part code . (I think also the previous rider and the shop where I ordered the clutch set) Tomorrow I receive the 2 right disks (first and last) and I hope to finish with this.
  17. Dear Dan, Thank you for being patient and writing me about my problem. I really didn't write about my problem on the forum without reading first the previous 11 pages related to the Beta clutch. So, I followed all the possible solutions described and only when I was desperate I wrote the question. The lever clutch has a gap (the piston is free). When I put the disks I checked the gap that should have in the center of the clutch. It almost had NO gap at all. I tested the bike and do the same. After, I reopened the clutch and I took out one, the thinnest, of the two washers that are on the bearing. When I tied the clutch, it had a gap. I tested the bike and it was improved on the 5th gear (not completely disappeared) but it is doing the same on the 6th gear. DESPAIR!! Should I check the clutch pump? (on the carter) Is there any risk now that the clutch has only the one washer inside?
  18. Dan, my question is why the 5th and 6th gear slips. I did the tab fix glue clean to the fiber plates and the only difference was in the cold clutch. Any other adjustment? thank you
  19. hello , I have a question about the clutch . my evo 290 2010 is slippery on 5 and 6 gear so I changed the plates , springs and metal plates and do the same. before the change I test 3 different oils and do the ''dan work" ....... any ideas?
