Thoughts on a route between the trial 2 and trial GP class?
Is the step too big for the trial 2 riders to step up to the trial GP class.
upon looking at the results last year a few trials on trial 2 were won on less that 20, should there be a route between the classes to bring on the better half of trial 2 and make the step upto trial GP smaller.
Yes totally agree the Trial2 is a little over crowded and a 50/50 style route should be there for the top 5% of T2 and lowest 5% of trialgp

The whole dispute isn't about Marcelli stopping. He took the marker out. Then the observer blew for a 5. Which then certain country men booed the observer and officials from the same country got involved and hounded him until he changed the decision. THIS IS WHERE THE ISSUE IS.
This is not Grattarolas fault nor is it Toby's. Just be proud of how professional the situation is been dealt with. I know the riders and they both are ashamed as how this has ended.
So instead of been keyboard warriors just be grateful that maybe something might change in trials. But I hope not for the worst as this has brought so many new faces to the TRIALGP paddock making trials more accessible to riders and spectators.
Yes only the 250 and 300 have the new 12 volt electrical system, All the bikes are fitted with a new fuel tap. Also a much better shocker has been fitted. The graphics are on the same lines as the new graphics fitted to the 2015 RR endure range.

Hi Steve. The techno base gasket is obselete to buy as a part. what colour is your base gasket as the green base gasket with blue piping on is for rev 3 onwards. There are two options you can go down to get a techno base gasket. 1 is to buy a full engine gasket kit from beta-uk and 2 is to buy some gasket paper and make a new one. If the base gasket hasnt been replaced it could have a slight tear.
It is not as easy as you say. The big wheel 80 and small wheel are diffrent bikes. Although they look the same just diffrent sizes they are totally diffrent bikes. The big wheel has a larger frame and swinging arm.
Also on the small wheel the frame is alot smaller, and again swinging arm is alot smaller. Changing the bikes would make the bike unrideable. and it will create yourself a bit of agrow
Just come across a date clash with this years SSDT that may impact accomadation availability in and around Fort William.
The British Downhill Mountain Bike championships are been held on the final saturday of SSDT week at Ben Nevis. They ll be a couple of hundred riders plus followers add in the spectators etc and B&B wise it might be a tight squeeze.. As old Fred Pontin used to say '' Book early!''

It was on the final saturday in 2012 and 2013. As they havent used leanchen on saturday since 2011
Plus i only got thanked by 6 riders for observing both days. Now i gave up a weekend yes it was my choice. But i would still have apreciated a smile. The 6 People that thanked me were Fuji,Shep,Cox,Bullock,Dabill and Richardson.
Having also observer at penrith i can tell people now that i will never do it agian. and that is a promise. What ever decsion you made apart from a clean got questioned. Plus i only got thanked by 6 riders for observing both days. Now i gave up a weekend yes it was my choice. But i would still have apreciated a smile. I even got a threat off a spanish rider because he CLAIMED that i was blind because according to him rolling back 4 foot is classed as a 0. I had a incident with a rider in the top 5 on sunday. The abuse i got off the public watching was Hatred un pleasent and rude. The minute that you turn round and say come on and do it yourself they shut up. I regard my self as a fair observer as i have observed at Youth BTC,BTC,S3's and Club & Centre level.
But after the weekend in penrith you will struggle to find me observing at a trial again. But again everyone can talk a good trial but its only the ones who have the balls to stand up and ride/do these thing
Im not been funny to everyone here but as you say. Yes Alexz made the choice not to ride the worlds and yes BTC and Supertrial he beat Jack. However Alexz trains at Seymours? So tbh he should have won!
In regard to the previous comment made regarding Top 4 riders in britain,the TDN is selected on World Round performance. Therefore Jack is above Alexz. So if the selection is on the WTC performance (no disrespect to Alexz) It puts him way down the order behind Jonathan Richardson,Bradley Cox,Dec Bullock,Andy Chilton,Jack Spencer,Adam Milner,Jack Price and Iwan Roberts. After they all showed they could ride in Penrith.
Sorry to rant but i just people automatically take sides when they dont know the fact and posting a status on facebook like they do when it doesnt go how they want is awful tbh.
