Actual cylinder head or combustion cap? Will do the water pump seals and shaft first as they are easier, will then move on from there.

Balls, will get down BVM tomorrow and get the parts ordered in to do the shaft and seals, and I'll inspect the casings at the same time. Which casing is it that usually fails, the main clutch side engine casing?

Noticed my gearbox oil is a bit milky, was hoping it was just a little winter condensation build up as it lives in a cold garage, but have just changed the oil and its gone milky pretty much straight away. So is this likely to be water pump seals letting coolant into the oil? Or could it be quite a bit of moisture build that'll take a little while to disappear? Or maybe water being sucked up the breathers? No other weirdness by the way, it's not smoking white smoke or anything. I will measure the coolant level and monitor it to see if that's where its coming from and I'll also check the clutch cover gasket when I get a minute. The bike has been used in deep water since the last oil change and I also use a low pressure power washer when cleaning it keeping the engine running. I'm kind of leaning towards doing a few more oil changes and monitoring the coolant level to see if it clears up before I go proper fault finding? I'm using Putoline GP10 oil. This is after fresh oil and a few minutes running:

Agreed, older GasGas's were not the best, older Beta's on the other hand were pretty good (apart from the stators going!) That said though a well maintained bike of any make "can" be reliable.

I'm currently using a Gunson Eezibleed (http://www.halfords.com/motoring/garage-equipment/car-tools-hand-tools/gunson-eezibleed), I made a couple of plates that I put on in place of the reservoir caps and force the air down the hose and bleed it out of the caliper, I know down isn't ideal but as it's powered by the pressure in your tyre it forces the oil and air down and does a pretty good job. That said though what is the proper method for both the front and rear brakes? I'm told using a large syringe to pump oil up the hose is best, in doing that where exactly do you actually bleed the oil/air from on both the front and rear levers?

As above, I can't reply to any forum posts while using my phone, it always says I'm logged out so I log in then when I go back to the forum it says I'm logged out again?! I'm using an iPhone 6 so should be more than capable and I see the forum does have a mobile version so there must be an issue somewhere?

Oh cool, I have a road going bike insured with Bennetts already so could maybe get a multi bike discount. Is yours insured for limited mileage or anything? Also how do they value it or do you just insure it for a set amount?

Anyone here insure their bike for on the road use and theft, if so who do you insure it with and what does it cost? Mines already road registered and currently SORN. Obviously I'm not looking to actually ride it around on the road but insurance would be handy for a bit of green laning or if it ever gets stolen from my garage.
