  1. my little lads been riding on chein shien on his 50, least you lot ave got a bit of grip on what ever youve got on your rear ? at least theres a choice for the bigger bikes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its that bloody hard its been on his bike for 2 years n it just looks likes its just come out off the factory

  4. hi mozz look back at past topics ive had the same prob with littl lads bike try irridium plug or platinuim one ? but look back as there was a few things you might want to try out ? hope this helps ya

  6. hi you were right tobster needle heights irrelvent run it tonight with no air box lid on still a bummer to start when warm not done the plug thingy yet am going to get a smaller idle jet from eurocarb seeif that works
  7. hi ive moved the clip up on the needle its a lot better . am going to try it without the airbox lid on this weekend dont think ill try the filter unoiled though if u get the gg link tobster lets us know plz steve
  8. hi I've phoned Matt Cooper at Euro Carb. Nice bloke, very helpful. he thinks the needle hieght may need moving up. If that doesn't help, idle jet may be too big. Will let you know how i get on Thanks again Steve

  11. Thanks Tobster Yes i do have to use a choke when it's cold, starts great. Just getting my head around your experiment, i will give it a try. Air filte rsounds like a good idea and how do i regulate the fuel flow in? Got to the stage now i'm willing to try anything
  12. Hi hope someone can help me out having trouble with little lads 50. Starts fine from cold but as soon as its warmed up, and he falls off and lays it down on the floor i have trouble starting it again. I've cleaned the carb out, put new float and needle valve and it's a bit better but still having to turn off the fuel and kick it till it's cleaned the excess fuel. Any advise appreciated Thanks Steve
