  1. Thank you for the information on the web site.
  2. I would like to install the Termignoni muffler and header pipe on a 2022 Montesa 301RR. Does anyone know the part numbers for these two parts ?
  3. Thanks Zippy. Can those large pucks (or caps) be removed and if so, is there a special tool required ?
  4. Has anyone rebuilt a Brak-Tec front caliper (45100-NN4-K20) ? Is there any documentation available on how to break the caliper down ?
  5. Contact "info@OverlandTrail.Biz"
  6. You should be able to find the part numbers you are looking for here: http://www.overlandtrail.biz/Montesa 315R Parts.htm
  7. If you are in the USA, you might want to try Overland Trail.
  8. I checked, Dennis at Overland has in stock, can ship today.
  9. The exhaust on the 4Ride (with Cat) is the same as the exhaust on the street version of the 2016 300RR, so I would think 18330-NN4-L70 (the Repsol Pipe for the 300RR) would work for you. You can obtain from your friendly Honda Parts Dealer.
  10. I shared this post with Dennis from Overland and he was surprised at how his oil change suggestions were interrupted. He says that he has always recommend the first oil change (both engine and clutch) to be done within the 1st 4 hours of use and that includes the engine oil filter. Then change the engine oil every 10 hours and the oil filter every 30 hours. The transmission oil does not need to be changed every time you change the engine oil. The frequency depends on how aggressively you ride and slip the clutch. This could range from every couple months to 6 month intervals.
  11. Well, that explains my problem, I only paid $10K and got the shop manual.
  12. an anyone tell me where I can find a parts manual for the 2017 260 4RT and the 2017 300RR. Thank you
  13. Have you checked the fluid level ?
