hi all looking for a clutch basket tool near leeds west yorks without paying vertigo uk postage happy to rent or other such arrangements

asking for a mate who has a 18 repsol is there a special plug spanner to get the plug out and if so anyone got a link to purchase

hi i'll take one please for a combat 2018 as the last owner seems to have systematically rounded or stripped all the bolts lol markahammill@sky.com

to further add to the quirks the last owner must have been such a ham fisted mechanic as i keep finding stripped or overtightened bolts and fittings now need a rear axle as i cannot get it off due to 8mm hex rounding out

your garage is pretty well equipped lol

i haven't even been out on it due to infected tooth

so looks like the bike has the broken kick start gear possibly from being dropped as the pivot bolt through the kick start lever is bent bit annoyed as and i quote "its been through our workshop"

its an 18 will report back after thursday once i've ridden it properly

so bought a combat 300 and it seems a pig to start not at all like the description on vertigo uk website plus the kick start seems to have a very short throw and turns past 90 degrees when positioning for a kick so your foot slips off at the bottom of the stroke ! any advice on starting would be welcome i did have a 06 gasgas that you had to surprise to get it to start lol

hi all been a while since i had a two stroke is there any reason to not use plutoline instead of the recommended rock oil ??? many thanks for any insights

been looking for a new to me trials bike and spotted a vertigo nearby just concerned its had a new piston for some reason ! is it common for a four year old bike to need a piston or should alarm bells be ringing ???? cheers for any reply's and insights

H&D racing do replacement springs for the more endowed gentleman front and rear

hi se its not extra height i need but my wrists to bend outwards a little more as i've broken them several times when i was young

hi all does anyone know whichbars have the most upsweep ? i have a pair of knackered wrists so need bars with an upsweep

hi all is there any down side to fitting a quick throttle ? the reason i ask is i have limited movement in my wrist so struggle to keep a finger covering the brake lever a higher throttle positions thanks

my manual says big button wet small button dry i suspect you won't feel much difference till you wring its neck lol

Caddy4u I got them from h&d racing Have fitted both the rear was a bit of a pig airbox off jobbie

Lineaway I'm right at the top of the. Stock springs range maybe a little over if I'm honest lol

Cheers will try a regular spanner tried the adjustable as suggested in that not too subtle reply but it started to round off the top cap

hi i've just bought some uprated springs for my new montesa do i need a special tool to take the fork cap off to replace spring ??????

i agree with nigel much nicer inital feel compared to my alpinestars comfortable from the getgo boa system just works well

i have just got a pair of these and i am very pleased with the way the boa closure system works very simple only time will tell if they are durable
