Hi guys, the missus is gonna treat me to some fork protectors,for being a good boy lately, has anyone had either the kevlar or carbon ones from BVM Moto, and what did they think? I think there's only a fiver difference in price, ta boys.

my mate was stood talking to me today and revved his bike, and felt something go in the engine , he's got no compression now and the bike wouldn't start , any ideas guys ? am i right in thinking it's the piston rings? any advice would be great. regards mick

you wanna count yourselves lucky lads, when we got there all the car parks where full ! My feelings on re-flection where it's still un-believable entertainment for a relative small expense for the last 2 years i've took my dad, we didn't have as good a seat this year, and like previous people mentioned you couldn't see some parts of the sections, where we sat the loud speaker was good ,but the main scoreboard was a bit of a disaster, in the interval while dodging flying paper aeroplanes we both agreed that the 4 strokes had took the edge off the event,cos the riders on them clearly struggled with them, but as we walked out I asked him if he thought it was better or worse than last year, he replied the course was better this year,apart from the waterfall should have stayed, and the 4 strokes spoiled it, but how can anyone not enjoy and be amazed at what those lads can do he replied !!! says it all really, roll on sheffield 06 ! we'll be there.

yeah I noticed that it lacked atmosphere this time, just can't see why people are raving on about 4 strokes though, and albert did look like he was enjoying himself on that sherco.

I'll stick to my 2 stroke i think.

a couple of the riders, on the trials tv dvd's have fancy ones, with a longer back (doug,cabestany) which i presume is to stop your ass getting soaked off the cagool, seemed like a good design , no one know who makes these? kinell, at least your missus knows where the washer is

I've currently got no coat at the mo, and don't know wether to get a pacamac (cagool) or a proper jacket or both even, any thoughts on the best jacket to get ,are they all the same length etc, and where to get the cagool,jacket from. cheers mick.

anyone replaced the back mudguard lately, and how much was it ? Just noticed that its cracked from the back bolt across the top to the other bolt on the other side, I used zip ties on my old techno but it doesnt look like you can do that on the 04,although i could be mistaken,regards mick
