Welcome aboard and Congratulations on your recent purchase.
Do you own a Mooney? Let's see it.

Sorry, I exceeded my upload maximum.

With that age of the bike, I suppose anything is possible, for many owners ditched the battery - rectifier. Here's some scans of your model (I believe) and a 125 test. I do have a 175cc Mk V test, of sorts, if interested.
-
You're welcome. Here's a scan from the parts book that includes your model. It appears that the rectifier is mounted under the fuel tank, but consistency often varied, and your bike may be different.
-
Not sure on the specs or differences on red & blue coils. On my M84, 175 Mk5 Lobito, there is a red rectifier that is mounted under the fuel tank and a blue coil that is mounted to a bracket that mounts to the rear engine mount, and that bracket also secures the lower area of the rear fender.

Perhaps that site reproduced and sells the individual model 80 parts manual. Bultaco listed the Sherpa T, along with many other models (up to the model 107) in their "blue book" (over 160 pages). If you have something specific in mind, I'd be happy to scan those page(s), but not the entire parts book.

I agree with timdog, for I had the same issue on my 2022 EVO 80, and it was lack of fuel flow related. I fully opened the OEM fuel tap, checked for adequate fuel flow and installed an inline shut off valve. No more issues.

LSMO;
The vinyl-type stickers were from Hugh's Bultaco and the clear was DuPont. I don't recall who produced the stickers and I didn't see them offered on Hugh's site, but I'm sure a call or email would confirm their availability. Phone: 518-851-7184 Email: info@buybultaco.com

JRob does share a good point.
I went the clear route and didn't incur any issues with the stickers, pinstripe and clear. I suppose it's not what was done originally but clear gives a finished look.

You're welcome, Mel. Glad to hear your bike is running great.

Some clutch related pages from the service manual.

Melbutcher:
The latest parts book I have for the Sherpa T 350 is model 191. I was hoping it showed more info (number of clutch pates), but I can post it if you're interested. I also have the model 203, but the Metralla could be slightly different in the clutch area. Nice looking bike & MG.

I do have parts books and service manuals for the many models of Bultaco. Suppose I could always scan a picture or two... or more, if needed.

They may be able to provide a rim source...

A dye penetrant kit could be helpful.

Nice bike and welcome. I looked for the part in question, 16134-027, and it is indeed elusive. Is it possible to locate correct banjo fittings, some hose and construct the part yourself? 1975 KT250-A OIL PUMP.pdf Just a few sources: www.denniskirk.com/search/banjo+fitting.q belmetric.com Amazon has banjo fittings too.

From a long time ago, when I was young. Model 84 bike, model 106 engine.

Thanks, lowside! I agree, it can really move. I'm a lightweight (140), so it's more than enough for me.
-
My only gripe about the EVO 80 is the fuel valve and I like your solution! I went the cheapo route and added an inline valve. The OEM unit was retained and is always open. Your idea looks nicer... -Doug

Hello everyone. I recently purchased a Beta EVO 80 Senior and I'm having a blast. I've never experienced trials riding before, so I'm improving my balancing, sedate skills and confidence. Thanks, -Doug
