    Aux Tank And Seat

Hi, www.usmontesa.com offered a "Montesa Trialmaster" 2 years ago. It came with the same tank-seat kit as mine. read this: http://dirtrider.net/forums3/showthread.php?threadid=85547 Here is an original picture of the Montesa Trialmaster: You can go about 45 - 50 mpH. I dont know the seat height exactly but it just a little lower than the rear fender. If you sit down, the bike lowers again ca. 2 inches. Of course do they sell the 4RT Seat too. Just call SCHWARZ on phone - he hates e-Mail. For the 315R: Try to get the newer through-coloured red tank. The black one is just painted and soon looses colour and makes bubbles. The new black/red seat is also from higher quality and is manufactured in Italy by TECNOSEL. The price was about 400 $. There are no US Importers listed on the site. This is where i bought mine: http://www.trialsport.at is the Austrian Montesa-Importer. A few more pictures:

    Whats This Off

I suppose it will fit on Cota 309 and 310
  4. PRW: Thank You for your fast help. That's exactly what I need. I've already got one Diagram via Telefax from the Austrian Montesa-Distributor, but it was poor quality - cable colors where unreadable. Greetings, Michael
  5. Please help me if you can. I'm searching for a wiring diagram for a Montesa 315R to make it streetlegal. Where can i find it online? Thank You and Greetings from Austria, Michael
  6. Hi, 100 Pounds is much to expensive - the AJP 4 Piston Caliper only costs 75 € (plus Pads) at TOPFUN in Spain. I'v got mine for 70 € from the Austrian Montesa Distributor. But now its to late, you've already bought one. Greetings from Austria michael Link to item

    Nice Work

    this wooden beta
  9. Ok, Thank you all for your fast help. beta boy: You are right. I found the same warning on my TTS Bottle. First I am going to correct my mixing ratio to 50:1 while i'm using Castrol TTS. Gaff: Later i will change to some Shell full synthetic oil which will work with 80:1. The next trial dealer in my area is about 200 km away from me, an the montesa is a very rare bike in austria. The fork stanchions have a strange color -they really look black on the picture, but sometimes they look yellow? (or kind of Titan-color) no choke :-) Martin Belair: That's right, it's a PHBH 26cs. So the jetting seems to be nearly allright? I will try the bigger Jets from 125 - 128. I am using unleaded fuel. michael
  10. Hi to all Just bought a 98 Montesa and have some questions: Std Jet is 120 Pilot is 44 Needle Position is 3rd from Top The austrian Importeur tells me that this is the standard setting for the 98. But is this setting OK? It feels to me that she doesnt run right in upper range. Feels like she gets to much gas. Starting it is easy even without joke (allways 1st kick). Is this normal? Maybe a smaller Standard Jet would be better? I use 100 octane gas and mix it 1:80 with castrol TTS, Air-filter is fresh cleaned and oiled and the exhaust pipe new stuffed. Thanks, michael
