Hey guys does anyone know a tip to refitting a 4rt sump plate after a service. Not done it yet but worried if I take it off I won't be able to refit as I've read lots of nightmares about it. thanks Simon

I have returned to trials a couple of years ago and things have moved on so much. I started back on a 2 stroke but now riding a 4rt which suits me better now I'm older. I fancy a repsol now so any comments on difference please? Simon

I lived in Wilton near Salisbury for years and didn't realise there was many trials clubs in the area. I waited till I moved back north to get back into riding after 25 years so gutted I didn't get into it down there. Simon

I have moved from a Mots to an Airoh and the difference is immense you don't know it's on your head. Simon

I want to set up the shocker for me so needed to know what does what on the shocker. I know you can twis the top bit round one way or the other but the little screw at the bottom of the shocker, which way does what for adjustment?
