  1. Thanks Border, time to get on the phone to Terry!
  2. So you should be - bike looks brilliant! The Terry Weedy tank interests me - if it fits a M27 I think it would fit a M49. Was it a straightforward fit?
  3. Sadly it's doesn't qualify for the ACU Trailbike Trials series because it's wheelbase is under 1350mm and fuel tank capacity is under 5 litres. I don't know what the seat length is but that's the other criteria for bikes in this series. Of course, there are plenty of long distance trials not in the series - it's up to the organisers to decide what class it's in. Unfortunately, it seems the manufacturers of trail/longride bikes don't know what an LDT is - if only Gas Gas would make a trials-derived 2 stroke Pampera again! The Sherco X-ride is within the rules and a good bike but IMO it ain't no Pampera.
  4. John, Glenn - thanks very much. Lever it is then!
  5. Have any TY80 dads out there fitted an "easy clutch" or clutch lightener? It seems there are 2 ways of doing it - is one of them better than the other? http://yambits.co.uk/ty80-easy-clutch-p-32444.html http://www.tytrials.co.uk/trailandtrialsuk/prod_47644-Clutch-Lightening-Lever-Forged.html Many thanks
