    Bloody Brakes!

if you still can't do it, try filling the brake caliper full then put the piston back in and use big mole pliers and force it back that way

    Bloody Brakes!

you need to use a seringe from the caliper and push fluid the other way, then bleed as normal, also adjust your pedal so that its has free play or you will nor be able to push fluid past
  4. hi m8 where you from try these guys http://www.trialsuk.co.uk/ or http://www.bvm-moto.co.uk/ regards
  5. Hi m8, i would first take the clutch cover off and remove the clutch, you should then be able to see the gear change mech, look close at everything before striping case's down to remove gears
  6. I think the AMCA would be up for all class's they just want to know if people would be up for it and would clubs host events. A ssoon as we get some feed back on here we will move forward with this. steve Harvey at the Amca is going to get a letter out to clubs, as some might not know of this site, we are also looking at catering for non expert clubman and expert class's so everyone is in with a chance of doing the championship.
  7. Hi Guys Been talking to the AMCA today about them running a champ series to cover the whole country, as well as regional champs, what we need to know is if you guys would be up for this, may start with 3-5 rounds around the country to make it fair on people travelling. Will try and get it backed by a sponsor so winners get something for there troubles and we would also get better reports in the TMX. If you could post below if your interested in either competeing or running a round thanks Glen Howard
  8. hi take the master cylinder top off and then try using a seringe and force fluid back through the bleed nipple to the master clyinder to get the air out.some times its the only way the feckers will bleed up,, try the same with clutch, also make sure you have freeplay in the levers to master clyinders as if you haven't they cannot draw fluid back in once you have depressed lever good luck they can be a pain
  9. Hi M8 like other guy said my sherco won't release for the first few metres, try checking the plates as one might have broken up, or might even be worn, have a look at the realse bearing while your there, also check the clutch hub nut
  10. could be a few things make sure rad is clean, jetting to lean, water pump propellor knackered, head o rings etc etc
  11. make sure when its warm you give her some throttle when starting, if you are already doing this you might want to give the carb a good claen and check the jets, also check all carb fixings are tight and not leaking air
  12. Hi M8 If the fan is on all the time you will find that someone has by passed the thermostat, there should be 2 wire's some where near the spark plug, the thermstat is located on the left hand side of the bike in the rad hose, alot of people do leave the fans on all the time thou
