March 22, 200719 yr It's not a rumour the Racing has a High Comp head. The Standard one is supposed to be Hi comp but NYL reckons the racing's is different to the standard 125. He's put a Titanium front pipe on it as well

March 25, 200719 yr Came in fifth today on the Hard course at Horsforth just behind The A class winner. Given he's still not pushing the rev's as the bike is "running in" that's not bad at all. Came across a few teething problems and he has been over the bars at BUMPY. However the improvement over the 06 bike is obvious. The engine note is very different to even the standard '07 with the Titanium pipe.
April 24, 200719 yr Now Added Boyesen Reeds as well!!! Full Spec 2007 125 Racing with Titanium Short front pipe, Kehin PWK28 Carb, Boyesen Reeds, Ohlins Rear Shock, Renthal Fat Bars and clamps, Hope Hydraulic reservoir lids, Apico Cold Forged levers(One now very bent!!). No doubt I'll have forgotten something he's put on it!!! NYL subscribes to the "More Power Scotty!!!!!!" philosophy.
November 15, 200718 yr ye well worth a extra 300 they got a load lighter front end with the ali front fork but i think they come on the 125 08 anyway and they got better back shock more power and it well worth get a keihin carb gives it more power and makes it well more responsive
November 17, 200718 yr We're moving to the 08 soon and as the MAG forks are on the standard bike we'll be going to that rather than the racing. We've just acquired a new carb with a different adapter and the current bike now has the "big" clutch resovior. Both are on the current bike for testing and we could be selling the "old" Keihin soon. Updates as NYL tries them out!
