original Posted April 24, 2007 Report Share Posted April 24, 2007 (edited) cheers all, havent seen the official results yet , so not celebrating to much just yet, CHAMPAGNE ON ICE STILL!!! I've won a few round before but not at 33 years old!!!! yes HRC i was so nervous with about 5 sections to go, didnt talk to anyone and tried to concentrate, had a one on section 35 of 38, and thought id blown it, gary jenkins did his best to put me off to. There was a jump up over some roots on the last section , i decided there was no way i wasnt getting up there and managed a 3ft jump out the top !!! Shame i have to miss 2 rounds with other commitments including a honeymoon, which is already a year late due to the welsh round last year. Good ol Dave Clinkard - he was the top rider in my area ( Bordon Hants) when I were a nipper.
