I don't know about the fender bolts (made some myself) but a front disc guard costs € 36 in one shop in Europe, thats about $47!

So yes really...I think that these are normal amounts. Not cheap, but normal.

2 M6 button heads screws and 2 repair washers work better than std bolts. Go stainlesss if you want to be posh. I find std bolts round very easy when taking them on and off all the time.

I have always found genuine Montesa parts in the UK to competive against aftermarket options. OEM galfer brake pads can be cheaper than aftermarket galfers.

Not sure on disc covers but thats what ebay is for.

I believe your local Honda dealer can order those screws for you if you provide the part # (90106-KY2-701). Trials specific parts are not stocked by Honda in the USA but parts like screws may be used on products that are serviced by Honda in north America could well be available to USA dealers.
