February 25, 201313 yr $8.55 plus shipping for ea for the 2 rearmost fender bolts on my 06 4RT. Is that what you guys pay in the UK or Europe ? $40.00 for a OEM frt disc guard? I love the bike but only having one distributor in the US sucks
February 25, 201313 yr I don't know about the fender bolts (made some myself) but a front disc guard costs € 36 in one shop in Europe, thats about $47! So yes really...I think that these are normal amounts. Not cheap, but normal. Edited February 25, 201313 yr by guys
February 26, 201313 yr 2 M6 button heads screws and 2 repair washers work better than std bolts. Go stainlesss if you want to be posh. I find std bolts round very easy when taking them on and off all the time. I have always found genuine Montesa parts in the UK to competive against aftermarket options. OEM galfer brake pads can be cheaper than aftermarket galfers. Not sure on disc covers but thats what ebay is for.
February 26, 201313 yr I believe your local Honda dealer can order those screws for you if you provide the part # (90106-KY2-701). Trials specific parts are not stocked by Honda in the USA but parts like screws may be used on products that are serviced by Honda in north America could well be available to USA dealers. February 27, 201313 yr $40.00 for a OEM frt disc guard? Cheaper over here http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MONTESA-4RT-FRONT-DISC-COVER-NEW-/150987828830?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item2327936e5e
February 28, 201313 yr That`s a good deal, but are they dumping the inventory. Prices get cheap when you are no longer the importer.
