Hello gentlemen I've stripped the rear of the bike (4RT) to do the linkage bearings As the shock is off I've upgraded to a heavier spring and I was going to re-gas the shock I've been asked to what PSI? I'm a big boy 16stone Anyone got an idea Thanks

Ok..................Call me Stupid I've managed to elongate the holes on the hub of the back wheel I could do without buying a new wheel at the moment Any suggestions would be welcome I dont think it's possible just to buy just a hub........................is it?
