Yes!!! finaly a result. Im still going to change the clutch basket as it doesnt sound perfect and Ive had to order a thermostat as it still overheated.

    The idle gear will rattle even if it has a scratch, if you have broken teeth your problem lies there. An 05 300 Raga for a newbie, Brave man LOL.

  • Did the fan run? When the fan starts going bad, sometime it starts sometimes no. When it is going bad, you can start it with your finger. Good luck.

  • If you had the clutch cover off I reckon you haven't lined the waterpump drive up properly if it overheated.

Before you do I know you say it does not go away with the clutch pulled but some of that is normal. Watch my video here if you have not yet.
