November 30, 200520 yr Can someone tell me channel number on freeview , but some channels i dont get and ive tried updating my freeview says its done but theres no new channels also wont find that new ch4 channel Anyone know why or can go through how to update it?
November 30, 200520 yr Author Which Freeview box do you have. If it does not have a Card slot then the "Top-Up" tv channels don't appear. As for the C4 channels all those are now "frre-to-air" and available to all Freeview Boxes. You will have to search for ALL channels tho as all the channels are on different numbers barring the "major" channels. Edited November 30, 200520 yr by Telecat
November 30, 200520 yr Its not a top up tv one but its got a card in think its one of those Itv boxes not sure , but ive done a thing before ( infact few nights ago) where it says automatic updates does it and nothing happens ? Where abouts in the menu do you update ?
December 1, 200520 yr Author It will be in the same section as "add channels". I have the Nokia "OnDigital" and when looking at the Menu choose the Starting up option. Then choose the option That searches for all channels.
December 1, 200520 yr does'nt let me view eurosport what a bugger says its not in our subscription when our freeview was free anyway so..
December 1, 200520 yr Author Top-Up TV is a pay addition to Freeview which requires a card avaialable at most electrical retialers.
December 1, 200520 yr "top up tv" is for people who have a freeview box (ie terrestrial digital in the UK) which has a card reader in it --> ie the old ON digital / ITV digital or some brand new ones. most people have ones without a card reader. ftp is OK, what about bittorent - easier to do (as far as I'm aware, esp on hosting)... ??? rabie
