September 9, 20205 yr I'm going to check out a bike advertised as a 2004 txt 249- to me this is a 250 txt pro? I noticed on 1 of the pictures on the rear fender it had Raga racing i think written on it, is there anyway from frame number i can confirm this and also what little extras should it have, i think its worth a shot on it and raga is a bonus? or am i wrong! and do you wreckon decals will be readily got for Raga version off gasgas , has anyone a link to the Raga specs on this bike? thank you. after reading another post its possible Raga models are stamped VTRTG? September 10, 20205 yr Think the first Raga was 2005 and only in 300? Someone more knowledgeable should be able to confirm. The Raga racing might just be the decal kit that was available at the time / a Raga mudguard has been fitted.
September 10, 20205 yr There was definitely a raga in 04. 400 of them were made. Ive seen 280 versions back then, not sure about 250s but wouldn't rule one out. Easily identifiable by magnesium (gold coloured) crankcases and swingarm, keihin carb and ohlins shock. Unless its mint, and viewed as a collectors item, i wouldn't value it anymore than a standard 04 if you're just interested in riding it. Edited September 10, 20205 yr by faussy

September 10, 20205 yr First Raga was a 280 in 03. First 300 was in 2004. First in 2004 was number 109 of 400. I happened to own number 109 for about 12 years. Great bike!
September 11, 20205 yr It should have a plate near the headstock saying something like Raga Replica No 36 (for example)of 400 if it's a real one.Not really worth much more now than a standard one of similar condition
