Hello all. Her indoors wants me to book a weekend in Barcelona and has let me tie it in with the indoor round... Fair play... Do you good people know if there's any tickets on sale for the trial yet? I know the provisional date is 8th Feb but how do you go about getting tickets? Thanks

Hi I was wondering why there are no American riders in world trials? I've seen them in trial des nation but not FIM indoor and outdoor world championship Do they not cross the pond? Rich

I always enjoy JS Jnrs Gas Gas updates and was interested to read his comment about the WC riders are disillusioned and there will maybe only 10 riders next year. Would Jnr like to elaborate or can anyone else shed some light on this subject ? Stormy

Does anyone else think they should take the WTC back to fort William nevis range as Penrith was good but not a patch on Scotland ?

Grattarola v No Stop: did anyone else think Grattarola was the harshly given a 5 on the almost impossible section 8 on the first lap today? After levelling the massive rock climb he "stopped" near the end albeit he kept the bike "moving" whilst lining up the last step out.

We have lots of topics on here about how we're riding under the wrong rules and about the adequacies or inadequacies of volunteer observers. One subject we should discuss is the section designs at WTC level. In the run up to Penrith, I read Fuji describe the venue as almost like an indoor trial, outdoors! Since the rules changed to no-stop (like it or not, they did, so let's not start that moan again today) I've not seen much change in the layout of the WTC sections. There is thus very little in the section layout or terrain to encourage the riders to keep moving. Consequently they sail as close to the edge of stopping as they feel they will get away with. Well yet again Bou has come through and taken the title in emphatic style in the indoor championships. Can he be stopped? I think after 10 of each he may consider Extreme Enduro! Good on him I say, the guy is without doubt a level above the competition. I think we will see how good the Honda/Montesa is when Fujigas takes his leave. It'll be interesting to see who steps onto the ride, maybe Casales. Honda do like to snap up the younger talent early to ensure they maintain that no.1 plate. Wish I could get coverage of the full event to watch. We get zero coverage in Australia, which means I can only watch the 20min final that the FIM put on YouTube, which won't be there f…

Looking at the pictures from Barcelona I bet it was hard to get a ticket to watch?? The place is empty and it has been said that indoor is what people want sitting in a warm arena watching the 'Dynamic' sport of trials. Looks like the WTC both Indoor & Outdoor will implode?
