A young woman in Galway was so depressed that she decided to end her life by throwing herself into the Atlantic Ocean She went down to the docks and was about to leap into the freezing water when a young sailor saw her tottering on the edge of the pier, crying. He took pity on her and said, 'Look, you have so much to live for. I'm off to America in the morning, and if you like, I can stow you away on my ship. I'll take good care of you and bring you food every day.' Moving closer, he slipped his arm round her shoulder and added, I'll keep you happy, and you'll keep me happy.' The girl nodded Yes, After all, what did she have to lose? Perhaps a Fresh start in A…

I was saddened to hear of the death of the 60's musical genius, Arthur Lee. Love's album forever changes ranks up there in the top 50 best albums of all time and the influence the band has is far reaching. I was lucky enough to see Arthur Lee and Love in concert a few years ago and they were awesome.

An Australian guy decides to travel around the Greek Islands. He walks into a bar and Jill (the Australian Barmaid) takes his order, a Fosters, and notices his accent. Over the course of the night they get to know each other. At the end of Jill's shift he asks her if she wants to come back to his place and get to know each other more intimately. Although she is attracted to him she says no. He then offers to pay her $200 as an inducement. Jill is travelling the world and because she is short of funds she agrees. The next night the guy turns up again, orders Fosters and after showing her plenty of attention throughout the night he asks if she will sleep with him…

Congratulations to the Aussies for lifting the Cricket World Cup (again). A few weeks ago I was stopped by an (ex) Indian at passport control at Sydney airport, "who's going to win?" he asked me after seeing my SA passport with NZ perm residency. "Aus" I replied (not wanting to end up being questioned by immigration!). But it was IMO a foregone conclusion even then. Well done. Now can we have Stefan back?

A Northern Territory farm hand (An Aboriginal) radios back to the farm manager. 'Boss, I gotta helluva problem here. I hit a pig with the Ute. The pig's OK, but he's stuck in the bull bars at the front of my Ute And is wriggling and squealing so much I can't get him out.' The manager says,'Ok, there's a ....303Rifle behind the seat. Take it; shoot the pig in the head and you'll be able to remove him.' Five minutes later the farm hand calls back, 'I did what you said Boss. Took the 303, shot the pig in the head and removed him from the Bull-bars. No problem there, but I still can't go on'. 'Now what's the problem?' raged the Manager. 'Well boss, it's his motorbik…

G'day. been spending a few days in Sydney and thought I'd share a few things. 1 week from Summer and its freezing, somewhere in NSW it snowed. Reminds me of Summers back in England. Cracking looking Sheila's. Sydney is a fantastic city and I will certainly come back, maybe even permanently?????? Great bars and restaurants. Watched the Rugby League World Final and no one in the pub seemed that bothered, I thought they loved sport, in fact the blokes I spoke too were glad the Kiwi's won....... A great number of adverts, TV and newspapers for erectile dysfunctional problems. A lot of press in the newspapers and TV about the problems of domestic violence and some fo…
