Trials Training And Technique

does anybody know of good practice places in north west cumbria..Ive been out today looking for a secret spot Ive been to before on my push bike.....its so secret i couldnt find it !

My best buddy (and riding buddy) are hours apart and seldom get to ride together, but we went out this weekend and he brought his camera. Riding with my son and best friend made for an incredible day!

i have the moto3 dvd anyone want to swap or lend for a trials training dvd?

stitched this latest training vid together but can't help feeling i'm probably missing some crucial points. i'm only clubman so basically have never done any spotting, only filming the upper grades doing it. i've made a typo in the vid so will be redoing it shortly... if any experienced riders can suggest tips i've missed please let me know and i'll incorporate them into the revised one. thanks in advance!
