shouldnt add much weight at all, should be fine as axualiary fuel tank clips to the yokes and that is 1 litre

check the throttle routing ocasionly it can get stuck on something e.g. going into the carb, engine mouinting brackets, other cables and mainly zip ties. It can free it self most of the time so after it has happend it can be hard to find sometimes.
As your kill switch was not working i heard the reason for that is that at very high revs it becomes imposible for it to work.
Hope this helps good luck.
also if you have bar ends this can grip the grip to the bars.

buy a biycle bottle holder and attach it to one side of your number board by drilling two small holes that line up with the holder, then pot rivet it on. works a treat i have it on mine
ill take a picture of it and upload it some time if you want?

Ok so the tyres now need replacing,
what is the best tyre to buy that is tough?
i curently have the michelen x11 that the bike came with and they have split alot in a short time. im only a novice rider so light thin tyres dont really matter.
Thanks
Ben

i think the regulator keeps the voltage to around 12v so when reving etc it does not exceed 12v

I agree that someone cutting just a few mm to sharpen the edges is a good idea as it stops you buying a new tyre.
-
surely by doing this your not gaining a performance advantage you are just saving your self some money. and any way i cant see how shaving not even a few mm off of your tyre is going to make it more dangerous for the acu to get involved how is this any difrent to wear in the tyres (iv never heard of the acu turning away pepole for not having enough tread on the tyres)

Trials uk has had an offer on for the first pre orderd batch think its

Got to say electric is probaly going to be the way forward in a couple years ,
But just wandering how this compares to a normal trials bike not having a clutch or gearbox. Also how does it cope with mud and water, But i do think they are a good idear and probaly to get the sport more widespread and help it pick up again

Just heard that the Argentinian rider Jorge Martinez Boero who was riding for Beta in the Dakar has just died from a heart attack following a crash.
RIP Jorge Martinez Boero

Had a simular problem with my rev3 it turned out to be that the carb needle was slightly bent so it was bogging down and dieing, so i would check that if i was you. Aparently carb needles bend quite a bit ither from gradual wear or opending or closing the throtle hard, or crashing.
Good luck
