Ossa Misfire
You can clean them, plenty of references and YouTube vids on how to do it. Maybe worth a try before buying a new one

Ossa Misfire
Get it on the diagnostic cables if you have access, you can check the pump and injector to make sure they are working okay. I would also maybe drain the fuel and put some fresh mix in just in case. What fuel oil ratio are you using. It could also be tps related but I think it would need to be massively out of whack to cause a misfire. Make sure the plug is the correct one, I have always run an iridium plug with no issues whatsoever, never changed it in 3 years of ownership.

definitely blame the wife and insist on the right to purchase not only the replacement parts, but also other accessories and things you don't really need but think you should have.

My 2001 Montesa Will Not Start
I agree with dabster, the fuel pipe run on the mont is not the best, I used a longer looped pipe on mine for a much better run

Rear Brake Locked Up
I had it once, I didn't have enough play in the pedal, once I slacked it off a little it was fine and has not happened again. I find it is a fine line between too much and not enough free play as I like my braking to occur with as little pedal movement as possible but had to compromise

Noisy Ossa Factory 300 What Parts Should I Get Coming?
I would imagine that it would not be too hard to have a new bracket bent if you have access to a press

Noisy Ossa Factory 300 What Parts Should I Get Coming?
Unless you have a termignoni the bracket is welded to the aluminum exhaust and I don't think is available separately, can't you just get it welded?

Who's Had A Termignoni Apart For Repacking?
I just use carbon look dynoc (car wrap), doesn't last forever but is cheap and easy enough to replace as required

Who's Had A Termignoni Apart For Repacking?
I know it is loud with the termignoni, it just seemed louder recently after being sat for a couple of months over the winter. I have about 70 hours on it so I guess it could use a cleaning one day.

How is the bump stop on your rear shock? if it is worn a little maybe it is letting the tire get too close. I don't have this issue on mine
