if its the long black tube its the gearbox breather. if its just been filled its quite normal so dont worry

sounds like gearbox oil mate , the carb cant drip oil , after a refill they can drop a little.

had a similar problem at the brieden hills hill climb section . thought it was a fuel starvation problem, but the cure only came to light a a similar but steeper section at the 2 day at 600 acres, traced it to low float level worth a check

agree wih bigfoot first gear most of the time, much more control than 2nd . youll be suprised at what you can get up, even fair sized steps !
