All back together today, new fan and Thermo fitted, old fan was definatley ****ed, new one span alot different and easily. Ran her for about 30 mins with no probs, but it usually takes 1-3 hours before something coughs, fingers crossed for Sunday

Will have to check with the previous owner, I think he stuck Mitani plates in soon after buying the bike and have been well pleased with the clutch performance over the years

37 months of infrequent and highly controlled steady riding has taken its toll on the fat lass, she's in need of new plates. I think theres three options? 315 plates - Mitani and 4rt ones, anyone got any pros and cons on any of those options

Got to be the way to go with Paypal, I've used it for my business for many years now and no problems at all. I'd like to hear of any problems that people have had though out of interest, I am carefull how I use it and to whom the payment goes but it is a really easy way of sending and receiving funds online.

Got new fan and thermo from Munch today, (thanks mate) would have come yesterday but our posty was ill so the temp took it back to the depot going to fit tonight and give the bugger a good run tomorrow afternoon. My spanners have never seen so much action since the Caby, all dust and cobwebs have been worn off, lets hope I will be tucking them away again come weekend.

Plug cap? worth a try as its easy to check, be kicking yourself after a full strip down to find it was the cap all along

I just got rid of my tilt sensor, join the two outer wires together and leave the middle one on its own. A mate of mines rectifier was the problem when his didnt start but it was cutting out before that not dead totally, have you tried the restart proceedure? I've seen a couple of people kicking hell out of a 4rt with no joy in starting, restart sequence and it goes first kick
