So MTB knee pads fit under trial trousers ? Or do u wear them above them ? I have 1 pair of knee pads which I use for the MTB (enduro) mx and trial, but they are quite large. No large climbs indeed but I have the intention of riding big stuff and hope to also ride in Belgium or France.

Hi all, as we spend some time doing trials the mx clothing is getting uncomfortable. But beeing middle age, protection is also wishfully. So I am looking for trousers that are comfortable and are suitable with decent knee pads, or are there pants with kneepads built in ? Where we live are not really shops that have some clothing, the sport is pretty small over here. I'm a bit afraid to order tight trousers, my legs barely fit in normal jeans while the waist is not large. (Cyclist)

From my experience a bike that runs wel and responds very crisp on the throttle gives me the most pleasure and improvement. A lot of old bikes have many many story's to tell with scarfs coming with that. Go for the best u can buy and pay good attention when buying. Go for a fresh and unused example. And even then save a few hundred for maintenance.

Hello to u all. With knees that not really like mx and missing some enduro skills started doing trial. We are pretty serious (my girlfriend is also in it) We are from the Netherlands. I hope to try to come as far that is possible for me. We practice once or twice a week and soon I have my first contest. Being stubborn ofcourse not listened that good to other people what bike we should buy. So now whe have a shed full. My girlfriend ended on a 125cc Beta Evo and I ended in a 300cc Vertigo Combat.
