  1. You can use a Gas Gas Belville spring there a little softer I took the Belville spring and ground it thinner it worked great
  2. My bike does not ping anymore at mid throttle and it revs clean all the way threw the RPM range and over rev I let a Vertigo rider try it He gave it a two thumbs up. It runs like my EFI

    You can cut it down on a lathe or get the correct insert . I went threw this. You can contact Jack's cycles in Maine USA he will sell you the right one
  5. Send it back you have the wrong insert .They gave that to me also .A long sparkplug will not fit you need this one.
  6. Im old and lazy I just like other opinions from people . Brakes don't lock up with the slightest touch anymore.

    I have found that the TRS uses the same clutch plates and Belville spring as Gasgas I took the belville spring and made it thinner and it made a huge difference now its smooth like my old Gasgas
  10. This will take a crap if you pop the clutch to turn off the motor . It's a one way bearing it does not like going backwards . Pull the lanyard to turn it off

  12. Yes I know about how to jet. What I really asking is there a needle that works better than the standard one. Some riders really like .
  13. I would like to change needle on my 21 300 R It seems to be lean 1/4 to 1/2 throttle any recommended jetting and needles

  15. I had a 08 GasGas I hated that bike Brakes and clutch were like a light switch on off My wife has a Vertigo the clutch and brake are smooth
  16. Stock pads wheel bearings are good I use one finger in the crotch on the lever .
  17. I am have issue with my brakes they grab suddenly making wheels lock I want them to be smooth Is there pads that have a soft stop I put water on them before sections so they are soft stopping There AJP Braktec on a TRS

    It had new plates new fingers and bearing type F ATF clutch does not drag at all does not slip I worked perfectly for 2 rides then the pull started getting harder and harder to pull

    Okay I took it completely apart I did not see anything wrong changed mineral oil and still has a heavy pull today I pulled the clutch lever on a 2002 Gasgas 280 and it was easier . The clutch does not drag at all .We let the guy with the 280 ride it He said its heavy

    Next week i will inspect everything 6 months ago I put in new plates fingers and bearing and it worked like is should The Gasgas doesn't get ridden that much Wife has two Vertago's Here in California she can't ride them in the summer stupid emissions thing

    When she first got this bike clutch pull was 4 finger I took it apart inspected it all looked okay just worn . I put it back together pull in the lever it was so easy I thought I have to bleed the clutch Nope put in gear and it was good . Now it getting hard
