Clutch does not drag at all It just got allot harder to pull

My wife has a 2002 Gasgas 200 txt About 4 rides ago I put in new plates and fingers and bearing and it was like new again . Today started out with a easy one finger pull then in a couple hours it got hard to pull 2 finger . No drag or slip What could be the problem ?

Did all that. I took pads out pumped pistons out a little cleaned them real good I cleaned were the pads fit in the groves. There is extra slack in the adjuster. I have a friend with a 22 oneR 250 and it came with the caliper with a pin just like new Gasgas I think that is nicer caliper I don't like the one I have with ears on the pad .

I think this is the only year with this caliper . It has this weird spring thing and no pin holding pads in The master has a bunch of play in the lever It's not pumped up . and is tight and hard to move the wheel I pry the pads back and the get tight again. I think I will replace it with a normal caliper

I got my 21 TRS 300 registered in Kalifornia (green) sticker out of state bike

21 TRS 300 I replaced seals and shaft and pressure relief valve all is good for 6 months and it's leaking again . Is there different seals I can put in it ?

That is because S3 messed up making them

My 21 300 air box filled right up with water and stayed in there till I vacuumed it out I did not see how water could get out

I rode up a creek and my bike started choking on water and a week later before I went out for a ride lets look at the filter It was still wet and the bottom of the air box has a 1inch of water still in there why is there no drain

S3 part # 07030MT100 is the correct low compression insert

The new all new GASGAS is a very nice bike I would go for that one You can tame it down with a low compression head insert and a slow throttle tube

Wrong insert I bought one and had the same issue I was told the one you have is for a TRS gold 300 there not the same

Do all Vertigos have the WiFi GET I thought it was just a GET ECU without WiFi I have the WiFi GET on my KTM 500 that is a option

Anybody put a regular dirt bike throttle on a trials bike . I broke my wrist years ago and I can't turn more than 1/8

I see one little hole in front and the one for the needle there is a real small hole sideways on the engine side there are clear I put all new 0 rings in today and then I could not start it the float bowl was dry the float was holding the needle from opening I had to tweak the arms so it would so it will let fuel in It runs now much better

I bought this 300 with a China Keihin PWK 28 and worked okay but not run right but not lean on pilot So I put the original Dellorto 26 back on but it is lean on the pilot had a 35 I raised it to a 42 and it changed nothing I turned fuel screw out till it was going to fall out It still lean no change I have cleaned and cleaned I don't see the problem How does fuel get to the metering screw I see how it gets out into the venturi not in

Put it on the BBQ she will smoke real bad when it quits smoken it done

Lever is adjusted to tight back it off so there is some freeplay so it can let fluid back into master cylinder
