Hi i was told between 190 and 220ml max and to use 10w. I have 200ml in mine and have no problems

Both trials are multi class westmorland at borrow beck, lakes trial is on cartmell fell signed from high newton on the A590 both start at 11 am

Theres a couple in cumbria if thats near enough westmorland trial on sunday lakes grass track trial bank holiday monday. If you need details of either let me know.

Hi will see you there, its not a bad trial to start with and the lap isnt to long. There is a few river/beck sections but nothing that will kill you, take your time and watch as many riders before you as you can. Believe me it looks easier than it is, have fun and enjoy

Bootle run about 10 trials a year, excellent land on fell green and at po house. Barrow club really friendly hold some good trials. Westmorland motor club run a multi class round as do the others, they hold a few trials on there own land at lindale only about 20 mins drive from you as for choice of bike beta rev3 200 great starters bike you will ride it not the bike taking you for a ride

a couple of questions if anyone can help are they 40ml?, how much oil and weight in each leg?.On a different note the engine has a slight noise from the top end, not a rattle as such more of a drrrrr hard to explain in words. I was thinking small end bearing, how would you tell from bearing to say piston slap worn rings. Runs well seems to have good compression. How often should you repalce piston rings,or do a top end rebuild. I was reading an internet site that recommended that every 20hrs you should strip and check piston condition for wear /damage.

ive just got a 1995 section did the first trial on it yesterday. It was quite boggy at low revs, and on long climbs, and while travelling between sections i was leaving huge trails of smoke behind, it got quite embarassing does this sound like carb? i cleaned it new air filter fitted im running 70ml to 5lt mix the mixture screw is at 1 turn out plug gap 23 thou . When i got back and checked the plug it was really black not oily but dry any suggestions the carbs a delorto thanks Gary

Hi on mine the smaller and thinner of the 2 spacers goes on the spindle non disc side, then spindle through wheel hub then larger fatter spacer then large thin washer then through folk leg hope that makes sense

sounds like the master cylinder try backing the adjuster off and try again if not might need replacing i fitted a beta one on mine they fit straight on, so does the front caliper

Sent my shock away to be repaired came back new seals oil and regassed cost

Anyone ever owned or ridden one of these, thinking of buying for 11yr old. It would be her first geared bike. A lot cheaper than say a beta 50 more modern than a ty 80, i thought it might suit for 12 months or so. I have a few fantics so am aware of the spares issues, its on an auction site at the moment. Any feedback good or bad welcomed thanks Gary

just snapped the rear shock,anyone any ideas on a replacement.Ive tried all the usuall places bill pye, smc has anyone replaced one from another bike modified to fit? any suggestions thanks

i was in nigel birketts yesterday and the regs were on the counter,probably only helpfull if your close by.But saying that they must be around

its got blue casings,ive removed kill switch and checked all other wires,i thought it would be the stator.is there any checks you can do on them or is it just a case of replace and try.does anyone rewind them in the uk? thanxs

ive just aquired what i think is a contact, red in colour upside down folks it says gasgas 160 on the tank.Anyone any idea what year.The bike has no spark ive checked and ruled out the obvious,is there any common electrical fault with these (engine no d10229)not sure of cc either thanxs in advance
