March 12, 200719 yr There were a couple at the Midland Centre Group trial on Sunday. Both riders think the Rev4 is very good, one inparticular was saying that it was the most forgiving bike he had ever owned and gave him lots of confidence. He said that it just finds grip where no other bike can (for him) and Sundays trial was very wet and muddy. Only time will tell, but you don't hear many bad things about it so far.
March 13, 200719 yr One failed to start the trial at Elsdon on Sunday, a blown head gasket was blamed.
March 13, 200719 yr thats funny i think the rev 4 i took for a demo today had blown its head gasket, it ran for about a minute stopped i restarted it and my mate had a little spin on it after 2 minutes it stopped again this time you couldnt kick it the kick start was solid, we then noticed a trickle of water fron under the water pump and a small oil stain next to the front pipe. the dealer came of straight away to collect it. jsp

March 14, 200719 yr the unmentionable one in barnsley they only got one rev 4 and its not for sale its demo only. spoke to them today and they think the water pump seal have gone in it, hope to get a second chance to ride it soon

March 15, 200719 yr I guess that's always true: The importer buys them from the factory and the dealer buys them from the importer. And I guess the factory was the original owner so by the times it gets to you it's already 3rd-hand
