Good old A$2.00 degreaser, let it settle then hose it off. Doesn't do any damage to plastics or alloy. CHamois off and run the bike to get out any water that may have settled, then sit back and admire! Use alloy polish and a dose of WD40 sprayed over the bike(not on the seat or grips!) to ward off the mud next time.
