September 25, 200817 yr Noticed in The Sun today, click the link here and select the Slideshow, second picture. Is it a modified 4rt?
September 25, 200817 yr Definatly, noticed it in the paper this morning, I told the guy sitting opposite me in the cafe that it was a modified 4RT and he said "ive got one of those!" found a new friend lol. i beleived I also spotted one in the Bourne Ultimatum? it looked a hell of alot more rickety that bonds though! Tom
September 25, 200817 yr I noticed that in the Quantum of Solace trailer on some award show a few nights ago - it jumps on to a boat. I tried to freeze frame it about 20 times, and eventually decided it was a 4RT. Strange how they always convert trials bikes rather than MX bikes for these jobs eh. Are the decent stunt riders all ex trials riders?
September 26, 200817 yr I'm pretty sure its a 4RT. Headlight, silencer, sump guard and rear wheel being the give aways.
September 26, 200817 yr i prefer picture 3,i reckon its got a xl125 petrol tank, would make it ideal for the scott.
September 26, 200817 yr Yes they are 4RT's as were the Bourne Bikes. Supplied by us to the Production Company in both cases.
September 27, 200817 yr Anyone remember James Caan in the 1970's film Freebie and the Bean, riding the Montesa over the stationary cars.
September 27, 200817 yr Anyone remember James Caan in the 1970's film Freebie and the Bean, riding the Montesa over the stationary cars. I think in the Borne thread a while ago someone posted a YouTube link to that scene. Back to Bond, I recall that Mr. Craig was having problem driving the Aston Martin as he didn't know how to drive a stick. Now he's riding a bike. No bad.
September 27, 200817 yr I'm surprised that Sandifords didnt fit new grips or did Mr Bond require a few takes
