Definitely a carb issue, electrics are not to effected when the engine is warm, but the fuel/air mix is...

Have the carb sonically cleaned and get a new jet kit for it.

Is it the dell'orto, if so all parts are available online.....

Electrics can be affected by heat, particularly condensors and coils.

All things mentioned are possible so start at the easiest bit "plug" then go on to the condensor and points. When not better get the carb off.

Thanks for all the advice.checked points and codensor, put in a new plug and cleaned all the jets in the carb today. Bike seems to be running OK again. I will remount the condensor under the tank next if any further problems.
