January 13, 20197 yr Hi guys, New to the sport and just looking around at bikes. A friend of a friend is selling a 2012 Beta EVO 250 in vgc with a few bits and pieces. £2200. It’s hardly been ridden and looks mint in the pics. Does this sound about right for a 6 year old bike? Any advice would be appreciated. Jamie. Edited January 13, 20197 yr by Jps385
January 13, 20197 yr Author Thanks for the speedy response. Just researching the bike and wondering if the 250 comes in both 2 and 4 stroke? I don’t know what the bike will be as he hasn’t mentioned it. Will it matter what stroke I get as a beginner? I’ve had a look at some of the videos on bike set up, and doing an experience day next week so I can ask lots of questions. Thanks for your help mate, much appreciated.
January 13, 20197 yr Author Thanks again mate! I’ll go and have a look and see what I think. Great to know I can tap into all this experience on here. Have a good Sunday!
January 13, 20197 yr Got to be immaculate for that price. I paid £2100 for a 2011 in good condition almost 4 yrs ago. I'll be selling it this year, not as good looking but fully maintained, for around £1700.

Bikes arent worth anything yet a 7 year old is 2k? Which is it?
