January 22Jan 22 Hi, Delighted with my new 250 Sincro but the factory website says there are three variables for the clutch spring tension but no info on how to change them. Has anybody tried it out yet before I take the clutch cover off? Thanks in advance!
January 24Jan 24 It looks like the belleville spring support "ring" (#15) sould be offered in different thicknesses, similar to what TRS does. They only list one so far.
January 25Jan 25 I believe it is like the Beta enduro clutch.... There are three positions for #17 to adjust preload on the spring.

September 20Sep 20 Hi Stevec , That explains why i might be having trouble with the clutch on my factory sincro , as the bike gets warmer during a trial im'e having to adjust the clutch on the lever more than enough which isn't good ! At first i thought it was the oil clutch / g-box so changed it to putoline ! also bled the clutch to insure no air was present . Plus the clutch is VERY light on operation and doesen't clear well making neutral a pig to find ..So on the back off what you are saying about the pre-load washer in the pic , the clutch may require more pre-load ? is it a matter of spinning the pre-load washer to increase its thickness ?Any information would be much appreciated on this one . Rich
Saturday at 01:43 AM2 days Position # 111 on the smaller outer clutch ring has the softest clutch pull, and less front wheel blip and potentialy more clutch drag. Position # 1 has the hardest pull with more front wheel blip and less clutch drag. Position #11 is in between position #1 & #111. This conclusion after many weeks of testing on a 2026 Factory Beta Sincro 250cc

If the actuator is in the correct part of the curve the static holding pressure on the pack can be greater than the pressure needed to pull the clutch in. That's why the other bikes with diaphragm clutches use three fiber plates. And three plates means a lot less hydraulic drag. But Beta does like to milk parts inventory so maybe a three plate design will come in a few years.
