Hi everyone, my name is Karrie and I live near Pontefract. Only very recently got into trials, went out to Bumpy's for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it. I am hoping to make some friends as I don't know/have anyone to ride with. I'm a complete novice to be honest, I know how to ride a bike and that's about it. I think my other half will soon get fed up of babysitting me when I'm out on it! So anyway, hi

  6. HI, recently re-entered the trials motorcycle game. Used to use a TY 250 with moderate success in the 70's, and admired the 350 Bultaco. Last year, I |bought one for rebuild: a 325 Model 191. It looks fair but has had a hard life, so the fun starts....

Hi all. I am from Hartlepool. I have fancied giving trial a go for sometime now. Always had road bikes but thought this year must be the year. I got my hands on a gasgas 250. Yesterday. Today I did oil change, coolant change. Bled the rear brake and new pads. And give it a little run around my back garden for half hour. I must say. Starting from standing is strange but I can'twait to get to the club. I have a towbar getting fitted next week and all excited.

Hi All, just got my first trials bike 280 gg after a good few years of riding mx, h&h and most recently green laning. Looking forward to getting out and about for a bit of practice. I live near preston and am looking for practice areas. I know about cowm and will give it a look but have also heard about feniscoles and clivager. I was wonder could anybody tell me if the later two are still open and if so what days. Cheers in advance.

  11. Started by built_to_go,

Hi all, new to this forum but an old soul to motorcycling (considering my age). I bought a Mod. 116 in about 50 pieces I years ago and did an amateur restore a few years after that. I rode it a few times and then bent the kickstarter shaft on a monster backfire, so the cases had to be split again. I'm back at it and have a bare frame and a beaut of an engine being assembled. Excited to have another go at this and really knock this out of the park especially since I FINALLY found a reasonable and in good shape spark arrestor on an auction site for 45 dollars. I'll post some pics later but wanted to say hi. Gonna need to up my monthly parts budget esp of I want those …

Hi Guys, New to this the world of trials, used to ride as a youngster although children and marital commitments put an end to that, just decided to get back out and about, picked up a 1998 tx270 to see how things progress before getting something a little newer. Based in essex so if anyone knows any clubs, sites or places for spares etc would be greatly appreciate as the first time around I had friends in the know, this tome im out on my own so to speak.

Hello, my name is Josh! I made a profile because I've been riding Trials for around 4yrs now, and I'm thinking a trip to Spain would be a lot of fun. Any one from America go ride Trials in Spain?

Getting back into the sport after 15yrs off, had a pinky and a 315 when i was a lad. now ive got the bug again looking for places to ride practice and to meet some like minded folk. . Recently visited Dronfield had an excellent day the venues fantastic ,,didn't take long for me to feel at home on the bike. im hoping to attend the next barnsley trial so hopefully someone might like to show me the ropes as ive only used the bike for fun in the past... venues are getting harder to find so im hoping by joining a club ill get more use from the bike as well as pushing my own abilities riding with people with more experience. Merry Christmas all

Hi All, My name is Chris, I am a Trial newbe from the Netherlands, and have my 3rd trialbike now first was a Montesa 348, i had this one in 1999 and did not do alot with this bike it broke down and could not find spares back then, (not too much on internet back then) so the bike was sold again, then a long time went by, without a serious trialbike, however with a lot of CT70, ST70, Z50J Trialbikes, these are the little hondas for on the back of the camper. I really like playing and modifieing with these bikes,. This summer I bought an old Beta Techno 1999, this was a wildly used bike, and because i soon got the tast of it, and like the power, cheapness…

  20. Hi everyone, if there's someone that might offer a thought on reading this plug it would be appreciated. There's a slight oil residue around the edge, but mostly carbon build up I think, mostly a dark grey colour. It's 6 hours old from a new Gas Gas 250. Motor runs well, no missing or popping, starts 2nd kick (most times) Most running time is only around 15 minutes squirts as my backs shot and wrist is busted. Any thoughts appreciated.
