Ay up folks, anyone going to the Gasser test day this Saturday at Hawks Nest? Should be a good do, the 08's will be there and so will Father Jack off the telly, he has recently acquired a trick looking yellow Gasser and once you get used to him shouting 'DRINK' and riding between pints he's not that bad really! Just need to get the day off now - fancy a ride on the 125 after seeing Factory Kev last wekend in th Macc clubs John MacDonald road trial grinning from ear to ear. Altough not sure if that was down to the bike or the amount of Budweiser still swimming round his system from the previous night where I gave him and Father Jack a lesson in playing pool!! Hi,wondering if any-one can help.Ive got an early 1995 250 Gas Gas which has crankcase cooling,I seem to remember at the time the later models had it blanked off as they had trouble with bearings spinning in the casing.(I could be wrong)My bike has developed a water leak by the banjo bolt where it enters the casing as the casing has corroded away any-one any ideas if can be blanked off or if somthing needs doing in side of the engine as well.Or any ideas on repairing the casing? Hi folks! Ive recently purchased a 2006 txt 280 pro and had a few issues! I had an overheat issue ( no fan running) and replaced the voltage regulator and all seemed well ( workshop run ups only). I have today attempted to take her our for a good ride and after 10mins of running the bike died and i now have no spark, ive checked and cleaned spark plug but no joy there! Any help would be greatly appreciated Cheers

hi there im trying to run a head light on my gasgas 160 .. there a yellow wire coming from the stator and it goes in to a black box( i guess it the recifer ) then there a wire going 2 a red box then 2 the fan .. and on the black box there a spare connertor .. i guess that 2 run lights but there seem to be no power what so ever coming out .. i can run the light off the fan power feed but not sure if it will pull 2 much power out? cheers matt

The chain tensioner on my txt125 has broken. Is there a replacement available or do I have to replace the whole tensioner assembly?

I have a gas gas 2011 txt Pro and the frame is badly cracked. What is best to do. Get a new frame or weld it?

what does grease yoursuspension consist of? is it just simply greasing the bearings below the rear shock. i was just wondering what id need to do, how often it needs doing on my 2007 txt 250. thanks

Hi guys, been a while since i was on the forum, but not that i quit riding, on the contrary. Last weekend i had a small crash with the bike. I went over the bars downhill. ouch. Picking the bike up i noticed my clutch was gone. So it sucked some air in at the lever. No big deal. But i was wondering, since i still use the brake fluid, can i swap for mineral oil, without much hassle? Can i just ask for a 2005 ajp piston that is suited for oil? I believe i already have the green o rings at the clutchside.

Does Anyone know what size the rear wheel spindle is on a 1999 GasGas TXT270 (Contact)??? Im looking to buy some anodised wheel nuts and Wheel adjuster Snails but i need to know if its 16mm or 17mm

Evening all. The rebuild continues on my dad's 2002 txt 200. I got it with bits all over the place and am now wondering on the correct locations for stuff like CDI, voltage regulator, coil pack etc. The space between fan, bottom of tank and spark plug is pretty tight so seems it all needs to go in a certain way. Anyone have photos of their set up? Ta!
