im guessing its all about technique ie if its difficult then im doing it wrong then? i find it difficult to get the push behind the bars and push forward rather than down on the bars..

i can lift the rear just seem to have difficulty getting it to go to the side,ive been out and practised till i was sweating like a pig!!

ok guys any tips to hop the rear about ive practised and practised but i just manage to end up tiring myself out,the lads i watch doing it seem to do it with ease so it must be technique??

has anybody else noticed that very slight rattle on 250 evos particulary obvious at cold or on overun it does seem to change tone slightly when depressing clutch,its evident on both my 2010 and 2011 bikes but has never caused a problem? just done a bit of research on google and it seems to point toward the clutch basket???

dont you think that with trials nowadays being able to hop the rear end is almost a must?

can anybody give me any tips on this i can get the back up but i struggle to make it go the way of my choice,ive practiced and watched the tutorials courtesy of ryan young but i still struggle,will my weight which is too much lol have a bearing on this or is it purely technique?

hi i have the same problem and the only boots i can wear are diadora and ive tried many!!!

because i carry it in a pick up its difficult to move the lower mounting points as it goes to the hooks on the edge of the pick up,what are the straps your referring to dan?

has anybody ever tried those straps that have a tube to slide over the grips?

bit of a daft question but since changing to an evo with fat bars i find it harder to ratchet strap down as the rev3 had the brace across the top of the handlebars which stopped the hooks riding up with the evo they slide up to the resevoirs,what do you guys do?

75mls seems very lean what ratio does that work out at?

whats the best oil mix for evo 250 i used to run my rev 3 at 90ml to 5 litres so should i stick to the same?

it would be ideal to try them all in a trial but a lap of the local dealers carpark doesnt really give you a good enough experience!

ive had 4 rev 3 but all been 270 so no experience of a 250 i just wondered if a 290 would be too much for me..
