All done and what a difference, feels much more positive. As for the source just lucky on eBay. However it's a CR 80,125,250 CRF 250 etc

Am just fitting one now, I've bought a new one off eBay for £27, just need to find somewhere I can get the banjo bolt from.

I have a very good friend who doesnt mind giving me discount
-
repair kit , MC, springs, boot and clip
-
Well that's what am putting it down to, most of the time if you look the boot isn't really giving a seal!
Only other thing I can think of is when I back bleeded it, this has pushed the seals out ??? But for 7 quid am not going to complain
-
Yep, thing is all the dirt and mud can easy get inside, its only a rubber boot that stops it
-
haha fair enough,
New master cylinder!!!!
nice and easy fix
-
-
-
I always change my brake fluid when I replace my pads cope!! Abit geeky I know but thats my maintance
After a bit of messing about I think its the master cylinder because there's no pressure there
-
-
Ok was replacing my front pads and everything was going well, then start to bleed the system and the pistons wont move!!!
No matter which way I try it they wont come out, so tried to split the case and low and behold the head of the bolt is chewed to bits
Anyone got any ideas on how to free them,I was think compressed air but wont this damage the seals???
as always thanks guys

Am running a michie x light on the rear and the grip is unreal
-
hmmm my 10 has loads of grip, I would put it down to the tyres myself
-
Does anybody know if a full size trials bike will fit??
-
On a 03 you can use upto a 05 rear mudguard and stickers(as the tanks the same)
There was a thread about someone making a 07 mudguard fit but is it really worth the hassle??
