  1. one packed up by the third group on the monday.my pal had to bring it back in his van.it was head gasket i think.i heard them say to a rider the head bolts had come loose.the lenth of time they have been testing, this shouldnt happen.wont do much for bike sales.if you enter the ssdt the main thing is 100% finish.

  2. yea the 290 is far beter than the 250. 3 base gaskets and retard the timing and slow action throttle.done quite a few and it works.why change carbs etc when its already got one, nothing wrong with the one thats on it.

  3. if the pistons ar fully in and you cant split the caliper using a compressor is the only way to do it.it wont damage the seals,we do it on car calipers all the time .hope this helps .

  4. dont use these super thick enduro tubes as they dont work at low pressure.a mich h/d is the one to use.if you ride 6 psi and 4 psi rear put them upto 7 and 5 and you wont have any trouble.the tube you take out the front put it in your back pack and its lighter.dont put tools on your bike.you could end up loosing them.almost nobody puts stuff one the bike.always carry a spare chain tensioner pad.try and work out the minimum of tools to carry . carry spare split link and also a spare plug.
