    Flatslide Carb

Wayne, Just ordered an 04 290 yesterday and would like to put the kehin on.. Can you tell me if I need to order any adaptors to accommadate the larger bore carb and also the jetting required @ sea level .......thanks D
  3. Thanks Al !!! There the one's ... I could not find them anywhere that I looked on the WEB......I got mine at a auction from a local hardware store that went out of business...........D
  4. I had a bike (1997 montesa Cota 315R) with (low profile) (Not Zerk) grease fittings fitted to all the dog bone bearing assemblies and the swingarm. Every place you would logically place one. All of the fitting held well with no damage at all after 5 years of moderate use... The process is a pain in the butt to complete but worth the effort....So it is very possible and does serve as a time saver and bearing saver.......... A special grease gun is reqired , but not very expensive as far as tools go......My 2 cents ........D
  5. Straight SAE 30 weight oil is what I run in all of my RTL's with no problems...No need for fancy , expensive oils in a Honda..........D :santa1:
  6. Wrap the plug with a little teflon tape or plumber tape and re-install it , the leak should be cured.........D
  7. I have a front and rear wheel assembly for your bike. Both are compelte. Front has disk and rear has rim band, disk and sprocket. Both are new and never used.........525.00 for all...............D
  8. IF your Insurance company covers it , then the best way is to have them custom built to your specific fit and application by a Ortopedic Doctor... These offer the best protection to the individual and can be adjusted for ther exact fitment needed..... This is the way I ended up after trying many on the generic models on the market. (They just don't cut it in terms of fitment and protection) I have had a total knee replacement and continue to ride at a very competive level, or so I like to think anyway....My 2 cents ,...........D
  9. Thanks for posting the results trialsurfer !!! It's good to see Ryon win after last years close finish with Geoff. Its also wonderful to see Chris on the podium... Its going to be a great season in 2004 .........Viva ....................D www.Keystonecycle.com

    dont like em!

I have owned /own many four trails machines, mostly Honda RTL's and I must say that I for one am waiting the arrival of the new 4 stokes with great anticipation... They are going to be excellent for my part of the world where finding traction has been the name of the game for the past few seasons ... I like the new board by the way... VIVA ANDY...............D
