    I cleaned a flywheel off 1 off my bikes years ago still looks the same as Woody says don't worry about it I be more worried about if the bike. Runs.

    180mls off oil each leg springs need replacing or you can put spacers in to stiffen up the top nut hole is a breather.

    if its a freshly built engine you will have to run it in and tune the carb.

    Sorry mine is the TR77 I was told the mid section never had packing so I just flushed out with Castaic soda then dried it out I repacked the rear I know you can buy the New mid section for the TR77 not sure if they are packed?

    just done mine its a baffel plate dose not need repackiing i did repack the rear section.

    put my freshley painted yokes on today and my Air box. most nut and bolts have and brackets have been zinc pleated.

    Just having the wheels rebuilt yokes forks side panels been painted exhaust repacked and painted. Also just had all the bults brackets zinc pleated. Hubs have been. Redlined and painted in black enamel should look a nice bike the Engine. Has had New con rod original Mahle piston and reboore all new bearing seal etc.

  16. i should have my wheels back a week on Monday.there at the wheel builders i will put a photo on hear when i get them back thats unless i get a phone call if he has any problems its happened before spokes not being long enough ect. am hoping all is well then i can get on with building my 199B.

    stove enamel had a few frames done this way very nice powder coat is a nightmare
  19. iv'e just looked on that well known web site and they have both front and rear spokes. Just out off interest what size are the spokes both side front and rear.
  20. 199A wheel offset Front brake side 15mm Front None brake side 32mm Rear brake side 40mm Rear None brake side 35mm My wheel builder has been doing my wheels for years never had any problems.

Had a problem with my seat its a Alloy base 1 original but for some reason it wouldnt go fare enough foward so i had to use the 1 that came with the bike the base that is made fron firbre glass i just took the foam and seat came off and recovered the other base i have a spare base and cover. reading your thread as made me think i dont think i put the rubber back so ill have to take it off again. lovely paint job. the bike looks better I've since polished the rims replace the rear shocks New piston New chain and sprockets.

    i just tighten them by hand never had a problem be carefull with the seal holders they can easy crack if done up to tight.
  24. last photo is a 198A i rebuilt from a rough bike i bought ttottaly gutted.
