not 100% like the originals, but a good alternative for the seeley?
for sale on: http://www.trialscentral.com/classifieds/d...php?siteid=1395
-
wiseco used to have a 1130cc kit for the 900Bold'or with 67mm pistons (4060PS)
with a little machinery to cut off the skirt partly and 1mm copper spacer
you have a (+/-) 210cc engine
(if still available, i don't know...)
-
on that french site is an article about the seeley,
saying you can use a xr200 piston
http://tl.125.free.fr/MV102.htm
(look at the end: 'le meccano honda')
-
another seeley for a silly price
http://www.francetrialclassic.com/zoom/10/Honda_Seeley_200/
-
another project here
i got good plastics, exhaust, shocks, ... for it
one problem: the engine has a worn piston
from the 222,4cc honda kit 06130-NC6-000 (66x64,9mm)
anybody knows a source for this?
-
think i posted this one before
-
ludde, yes it LOOKS LIKE one

you have no tv in your shed?
-
standard girlings are 34cm (+/- 13,4")

superhondaman,
has this engine worked since the external oil feed was fitted?
i wonder if you have enough oil pressure at the gearbox side?
-
starting from cdi unit, you got six wires via (m/f) connecting to > ...
green (m) > frame (earth)
black/red (m) > black + red label (alternator)
bleu/yellow (f) > bleu + yellow label (cdi rotor)
green (f) > green
black/white (m) > kill switch
black/white (f) > coil
-
are these not the same marzocchi forks like the fantic?
maybe look for info/parts there...
-

the bike can also be seen on

in his youth, philippe delwiche was belgian trials champion (74(?))
later he proved to be a gifted technician too
clients from all over france & belgium visited his honda shop
the man died in '98, shops closed...
-
sorry, i have no info on this,
just a copy of the instructions that came with it:
how to modify case & fork to accept the bigger pinion
-
delwiche monoshock tlr250
-
it's a small hose (to smoothen gas flow?)
-
totally different from rs200ts
-
these are the original seeley parts
-
the 210 kit is a project i'm working on, it is not complicated
altering the stroke is complicated
and a good tlr250 cyl & piston are difficult to find
philippe delwiche used to do the the 250 conversion
also a monoshock conversion, with tank/seat rtl-style
another option was a longer 6th gear (30T)
